Directions
Teal Automotive is located approximately eighty-three miles Northeast of Indianapolis. From I69 take I28 East (just North of Muncie) to I67, turn left. Take I67 through Albany to C.R. 1150 W., turn left. Take C.R. 1150 W to C.R. 500 S., turn right. Take C.R.500 S. North approximately 1/8 mile to railroad tracks and turn left on C. R. 1100 W. Take C.R. 1100 W., past Andersons grain terminal on left side, approximately 1/8 mile to C.R 450 S., turn left. Take C.R. 450 S., past Mosey Manufacturing on right, approximately 1/16 mile, to Teal Automotive sign, turn right. You found us!
Return/Credit Policies

All returned parts must be shipped back to warehouse of origin.

All returned parts must be properly packed using UPS guidelines for safe transit.

Credit for returned parts purchased ‘on account’ will be applied to that account once those parts are received.

Teal Automotive will send immediate replacement for incorrect or unwanted part(s) purchased ‘on account,’ at no charge, using the shipping method of original order. A return tag will be sent with replacement part(s) to cover return shipping for unwanted parts.

Unwanted parts purchased 'on account' must be received at warehouse of origin within thirty days or will be billed on following statement.

No refunds, credits or exchanges will be given on parts after sixty days from date of purchase without authorization.

Parts purchased on credit card will be credited to that card if returned.

Parts purchased ‘on account’ must be paid for within thirty days of statement or are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month (18% annual rate) on any past due balance.

Credits issued for parts purchased on credit card may not appear on that customer’s next statement due to processing delays from some credit card companies.

Our parts meet and often exceed original OEM specifications. Many suppliers' parts go straight from the transmission to the box and get shipped to customers with little concern for quality assurance. Teal Automotive prides itself in providing not just parts but 'qualified parts'. We thoroughly inspect and clean every part prior to shipping.
Each area of our warehouse (pumps, planets, drums, etc.) has a uniquely experienced staff specifically trained to understand the parts in their department. Our specialized crews ensure that you get the right part and that all 'trouble spots' have been checked. Teal Automotive wants our customers to get the right parts fast! If for any reason you are unhappy with a part received we will promptly send a replacement and cover shipping to ensure that you can get back to business without delay.

Teal Automotives dedication to quality doesn't stop with our parts. Our well trained packing and shipping staff ensures that your parts are well protected for the road and that orders are filled correctly to minimize worries on your end. We use only high-grade polyurethane foam packing materials to ensure that your parts arrive safely. Each part is packed for maximum protection from not only outside damage but inside the box as well. Parts can be individually shrink-wrapped and tagged upon request.
Teal Automotive appreciates the importance of getting parts when you need them. We offer many shipping options to fit your needs. Whether you prefer DHL or UPS we offer normal ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, next day or Saturday delivery and will strive to get your parts to you on time. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. are not guaranteed to ship until the following business day. Orders can be shipped COD, on account (for qualified customers) or paid by VISA, Mastercard or Discover.
